Just follow these steps----
1. Backup your Life is Strange's save file. (Documents > My Games > Life is Strange > Saves).

2. Delete Life is Strange folder. (Documents > My Games)
3. Open the game and let it create default saves, after that close the game.
4. Paste your saves files in new Life is Strange saves folder.
That's it.
