Android L is a big thing!
Google doesn't share the finale release date yet but it will available soon and Android L Developer Preview available to download for Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 2013 edition. But now I will tell you some apps which feel you 60 % like Android L. If your phone is rooted then follow every steps after that you will feel 80 % like Android L because rooted users can change lots of. For rooted users want Android L navigation bar for your device??
(Only for rooted users)
1 - Download Xposed Installer

2 - Download Android L Navigation Bar
http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.ash.androidlnavigationbar
3 - Install Xposed installer and reboot your device
4 - Install L navigation bar module in your device and activate in the xposed installer and reboot your device.
After that you will see the new Android L navigation bar on your device.
Now follow the steps for both users (rooted and Non rooted)

Now Follow The Steps --------
1 - Go to Nova Settings > Desktop > Persistent Search Bar > KitKat
2 - Nova Settings > Folders > Folder preview > Line
3 -Nova Settings > look and feel > App Animation > Slide Up
4 - Open Moonshine > Apply Theme > Choose Nova launcher
6 - Open Android L keyboard and Select to Default
7 - Open Heads-UP > Enable.
Click setting symbol > Popup position > Select Below status bar
8 - Open L Locker > Click Enable Locker
Screen Lock > Select any one.
Screen Lock > Select any one.
